oh, and being sick and have to run 2.4km sucks as well. but the timing was acceptable LAH. and after the whole run, i sat down and my entire body turn red. heat was emitting out at a very high rate. fingers were cold like ice. i just felt like hugging the pole and close my eyes.

felt like puking. went home and puked like a monkey.

so now, fever still, queasy stomach and leg muscles hurt.
